Most people don't know they can hire a public adjuster after a claim has already been filed, or even after it's been denied. If your insurance company lowballed your settlement, missed damage, or denied your claim outright, Aware Owner can step in at any stage of the process.
We reopen claims, file supplements, and appeal denials. Our fee only comes from what we recover, so there's no risk in having us review your existing claim.

A denial is not final. We review your policy, document the damage independently, and file a formal appeal on your behalf.
My settlement was too low
If your payout doesn't cover the actual cost of repairs, we file a supplemental claim and negotiate the difference.
I haven't filed yet
Starting fresh? We handle the entire claim from day one, including documentation, filing, and negotiation, so nothing is missed.
Not Sure What Type of Claim You Have? We'll Figure It Out Together.
Property damage rarely fits into a single neat category. Our adjusters are trained to identify every covered loss in a single event, not just the obvious one.
Severe Storm
A single storm can cause wind damage, hail damage, and water intrusion all at once. We document and claim every covered item.
Hurricane
Wind, flood, structural damage, and contents loss can all result from a single hurricane event. We handle the full scope.
House Fire
Beyond the flames, a house fire leaves smoke damage, soot, structural compromise, and contents losses that insurers often miss.
Burst Pipe
A single burst pipe can cause water damage, mold, and structural compromise. Speed and thorough documentation are critical.
If you're unsure where your damage fits, call us or book a free review. We'll assess your situation and tell you exactly what you're entitled to.

Common Questions About Our Claim Services
Answers to what visitors ask most when deciding which service fits their situation.
What types of property damage claims do you handle?
We handle all eight major types of property damage insurance claims: wind damage, hail damage, fire and smoke damage, water and plumbing damage, hurricane damage, smoke damage, lightning damage, and vandalism claims. We also handle denied and underpaid claims at any stage of the process. If you're not sure which category your damage falls under, call us and we'll assess your situation at no charge.
Can you handle my claim if I already filed with my insurance company?
Yes, at any stage. You can hire Aware Owner after you have already filed, after you have received a settlement offer, and even after your claim has been denied. We can request a reinspection, produce an independent damage assessment, file a supplemental claim for underpaid items, and formally appeal a denial. It is never too late to call us.
Do you handle both residential and commercial claims?
Yes. We represent both homeowners and business owners. Commercial claims often involve more complex coverage structures, business interruption provisions, and larger scopes of loss. Our adjusters are experienced with both residential and commercial policies across all claim types.
Which states are you licensed in?
Aware Owner is currently licensed in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Texas, Nebraska, and West Virginia. Our team has regional expertise in each state, including hail and monsoon claims in Arizona and Colorado, hurricane and flood claims in Florida and Texas, and storm and wind claims in Nebraska and West Virginia.
What if my damage involved more than one cause?
This is common. A severe storm can cause wind damage, hail damage, and water intrusion all at once. A house fire leaves smoke, soot, and structural damage in addition to fire damage. Our adjusters are trained to identify and document every concurrent cause of loss in a single claim, so nothing gets missed and no covered item goes uncompensated.
Ready to Find Out What Your Claim Is Really Worth?
Most insurance policies have strict deadlines for filing supplemental claims. The sooner you call, the more we can recover for you.
